A riverside walk through the resort
Cottages, rooftop restaurant, the Ken River and the boating site next door — filmed on a winter morning at Madla, one kilometre from the core-zone gate.
Panna lost every one of its tigers by 2009. Today more than fifty roam these teak forests again — and our riverside cottages sit one kilometre from the gate where the best sightings happen.

Tucked between the Ken River and the Madla Gate of Panna Tiger Reserve, our resort is the kind of place where the day begins with hornbills on the verandah and ends with stories around a fire.
No long transfers, no rushed mornings. Your safari jeep leaves from a gate one kilometre away, breakfast travels with you into the forest, and the river is always just outside your window.
The difference between a good wildlife trip and an unforgettable one is rarely the resort — it's who plans your safari. This is where we've spent 20+ years.
Madla is 0 km away. That means first jeeps in, less driving, and more time where the tigers actually are.
Panna's most awarded guide leads our safaris. He reads pugmarks, alarm calls and the forest — and finds cats others miss.
Cottages face the river. Morning chai comes with kingfishers, gharials and a mist-covered waterline.
Core-zone jeep permits, buffer night safari and boat slots are booked in advance so nothing is left to chance.
Hot breakfast packed before 5 am for your safari, Bundeli thalis at night, and special diets on request.
Stay, meals, safaris, guide, taxes and transfers bundled into a package — no surprise add-ons at checkout.
Declared empty of tigers in 2009, Panna reintroduced the species from scratch. Today over 55 tigers roam its teak forests and river gorges — and Madla, our gate, is the richest zone of all.
Twelve air-conditioned cottages under the trees, each with a private verandah. Simple, spotless and built for the forest — not against it.

Spacious AC room with premium bedding, sofa seating, hot & cold water, TV and a private sit-out facing the trees.

Our most requested category — wide windows, a lounge corner and a verandah where the Ken River is the wallpaper.
Wilderness shouldn't mean compromise. Here's what's waiting at the resort.

Manoj Kumar Dwivedi has guided in Panna Tiger Reserve since 2001. He's known for reading the forest better than anyone in Madla — and for arranging more tiger sightings in the Madla region than most guides see in a season.
He's also a storyteller. Ask him about the tigers that came back to Panna, and your safari will change from a drive into a story with a beginning, a middle and a very large cat.
Tigers, a canyon and a thousand-year-old temple town — all within an hour of your cottage. We'll plan the day around your safaris.
A UNESCO World Heritage site of Chandela-era temples carved between 950 and 1050 AD. Pair it with a drive back to the resort for evening tea by the river.
Five kilometres of pink granite canyon carved by the Ken — India's own Grand Canyon.
A forest waterfall with Mahabharata-era caves. Ten minutes from the resort.
Boat rides, gharials, crocodiles and 200+ bird species — right outside the gate.
The reserve's main entry and the best tiger terrain in Panna.
Resort walkthroughs, safari clips, room tours and guest reviews from our YouTube and Facebook pages — 14 films in all.

What they remember most about the stay.

“We stayed 4 nights. Great hospitality, super food and very prompt service. The morning breakfast for our safari was ready before 5 am. So close to the entry gate, with a lovely view of the Ken.”
“The cabins were comfortable and clean, the food excellent with plenty of choice. They organised a boat trip on the river which my husband thoroughly enjoyed. Would certainly recommend.”
“A hidden gem on the banks of the Ken, next to the MP Tourism boating site. The views from the room are breathtaking and the Bundeli chicken was unforgettable.”
